The incident began around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, when a fire broke out on the campus of Phelps Hospital in Tarrytown.
The blaze prompted several mutual aid departments to help with the response, including the Hawthorne Fire Department, which worked at the scene for around an hour and a half until the fire was brought under control.
